Traumatic Release Exercises (TRE)

  • A  bottom up, body-based (somatic) process which evokes the body's natural, neuro-physiological responses that helps assist in the releasing of deep physical patterns of stress, anxiety, tension, and trauma.

  • A polyvagal, practical bottom-up approach that uses passive listening to help you or your child to regulate the nervous system more consistently and independently. 
  • Filtered music that trains the neural network associated with listening that helps focus on the frequency of human voice to better calm the nervous system​​
  • Each pathway is composed of different filtered, unfiltered calming 5-hour music playlists for either children or adults
  • Listen to playlists with headphones to help the nervous system to more readily achieve balance or "homeostasis"
